A seasoned Instrumentation & Control Engineering professional with 27 years in the field. Currently a BU Head with Engineering service organization and leads the Vertical -Connected Business Enterprise, focusing on industrial automation software and digital transformation solutions. My extensive background includes a significant tenure at UltraTech Cement, where I managed electrical and instrumentation projects and maintenance, specializing in PLC, SCADA, and data historian systems. Earlier in my career, I held managerial roles at Reliance Industries, overseeing instrumentation projects for retail fuel outlets, and began my career at Grasim Industries in cement manufacturing. My skillset encompass project execution, team leadership, business development, and technical expertise in industrial automation. I have executed multiple responsibilities of CAPEX planning and execution, freezing equipment & vendor selection, carrying out FAT,SAT, cost-saving measures, inventory control, and power-saving projects, implementing kaizens, 5S, ISO audits and Secretary safety sub-committee, with many first-time initiatives to my name. I have been trained on DuPont Safety techniques, HIRA Champion and on world class manufacturing system like WCM/ TPM as well.
